My screen is a wash in blue. I tried adjusting the color, bright, contrast, etc.. to correct, but the best I can do makes most of the picture black.

This happened all of a sudden. The TV is only 6 weeks old.

I'm looking for the proceedure to do a factory reset.

I tried unplugging for 24 hours, and that did not work.

None of the settings in the menu changed, the only thing that did change was it lost the time.

How do I do a factory reset ?

Thanks in advance

Bill

take it back to the store you bought it from. Any new TV should have a warranty longer than 6 weeks.

I would take it back, but I threw out the box after 30 days.

I don't think they would take it back without it.

I bought it at Walmart.

First,
This unit has a 90 Day Labor and 1 Year on parts.
Second,
Look in the Yellow pages in your city and see if there is any Service Center (TV SHOP) that does RCA Warranty.

Third.
If that does not work, call 1-800-336-1900 and have your Model and Serial number at hand. You will need your purchase receipt.

Fourth,
If that does not work, go online to RCA.com to the support section and to the contact us and leave a message.

Fifth,
All of this information is in your Owners Manual, which, like most people, you probably have not looked at.

Rocket Science it is not!!!

Good Luck

Jesse
