I have 2 blown capacitor one that is 6.3v 3300uf and one that 10v 220uf. My Question is do the replacements have to match these that blown or does it only have to match the uf or match the voltage of the blown one.

Keep SAME value, go double (even triple if you must) on Voltage.
3300ufd anything up to 16V (25V if you must).
220ufd anything up to 25V (35V if you must).
