I have problem repairing Dell LCD TV model W3201.It turns on and show only Dell demo screen.Doesn't go to menu or any input.Check power supply everythink ok.Please tell what can be the problem or service that can help.

Please, It may be SM caps on signal board get dry up.
Please use ESR meter test it, and at power supply there may still caps have problem, even use ESR meter test it. It is OK, but need to remove it from the circuit board then ESR test it again, then find out it was already dried out. It is because two big Caps connect together via one coil, The one closely near rectifier is dried out but can not measure it. ESR meter on board test it. The reading is OK.
