TV model: 50 inch Dell W5001C Plasma TV

Hi, I'm trying to remove the Y Main Board. I've removed all the screws, but it seems to be stuck. There's a black/gray sponge thing that it's sitting on, and I think it's glued on to it.

(1) What is that black sponge/clay thing called?

(2) How do I remove the board from there?

(3) Do I have to disconnect the Y Main Board from the Y Buffer Boards?

I finally got it out!

Just double check that all the screws are out, and have faith as you peel it off. It feels like the board might snap in half, but keep peeling it off and it will come off in one piece. I had to remove the Y Main Board with it still attached to the two Buffer Boards (you have to peel them off as well).
