Got this LCD Digistar LC-2710D dead in shop.
Found 5 amp fuse in power supply at entry , changing it blows again.
Anyone with any info on this Digistar ??
Any hints welcome , or any info on the power supply.
I have also no idea what to charge to my customer for an estimate.

Hi, Power supply blow the main input fuse that tell you the main Switching IC or transistor shorted,
first of all should get the service manual, but many service manual don't include schematic for power supply unit, but you can get the parts number for it and go on line to find out who have it. Or you can find out what IC number is for it, Is it available online shopping.
Power supply is the most easy fix portion of LCD TV. |

| Did you check the bridge Diodes? |

| Yep bridge is ok , seems that 1 or 2 trans are shorted. |

| I found u7 power supply shorted. Number on ic was l6561. |
