This monitor has the symptom of intermittent power-on. I traced the issue back to the 5V line. It jumps all over the place from 0.3V to 5.x Volts. The 12V line which is fed from different legs the same transformer is stable. So I know the primary side of the SMPS is fine.

I replaced 2x 1000uF capacitors on the output of the 5V rectifier. It seems slightly better, but it's still jumping all over the place.

Anyone have any advice for me?
