Phillips 60" rear projection HDTV
Model 60PW9363/17F
Chassis DPTV335

I'm having a green tint and can't correct it through the consumer menu.   I looked at the blue CRT and there is some gunk in there and what appears to be mold/algae.  Red and green CRTs look clear.   Would the algae in the blue CRT cause a green tint?  I just want confirmation on the issue before changing the coolant in the CRT.  

Also,   I have recently replaced the convergence IC's. Would a bad soldering job cause the green tint?   The picture is a lot sharper than before and the image is no longer bowed.  I really appreciate yall's time with this.
