insignia 27" tv
model ns-ftv27
chassis not sure

theres sound and picture but the picture is smashed together it got dropped but we caught it when it hit the ground so it barly hit the ground so i'm not sure what it is i unpluged the colored wires and all the lights are there so its sumthing with the color wire red, blue, brown, yellow but
the screen is only like 2-3inchs high and across the whole screen i really need to fix it myself i have no money and any money i do get will go to bills so please some help me out

I'd call that vertical collapse. Check the vertical IC for a broken solder connection. it should be a chip that is attached to a heatsink.

i resoldered the chips and nothing the same
