Set plays fine for 10 - 20 mins. then will S/D with the LED flashing for the 70 sec. just as when it's first plugged in . Will turn rite back on once it stops flashing with same senerio . No error codes , delete X-ray and same thing , monitor B+ , it's OK , Standby constant as it S/D so that supply isn't shutting down as I thot mite be the case with it flashing as it does . Do have manual , could us some thots on it if anyone has any . Thanks ,

Yea Steve , I did beat on it a bit and flexed the board ,no change . It is
pretty consistant and uniform in when it shuts down . The thing that gets me
is the LED flashes emidiately once it S/D as when the A/C is first plugged
in . Maybe that's normal , but don't think so . Oh Yea ,, it does display "
POWER INTERUPTION " each time it S/D

Sounds like a HD model with the DM board in it. I've changed the 4 1000uf
caps on the DM that were bulging that caused the set to shut down
intermittent and reset like your describing. If they get too bad the set
will just blink.

Well, I'm not an expert on those things, but if is displays"power
interruption" then I would be lookin' around for possible bad solder in
the power supply. Could be main P/S or STBY P/S...
Wish I was of more help!

Actually replaced this board once, 6 hundred dollars later I am stripping the board out of the DM shielded housing to find four bulging 1000 uF electrolytic capacitors. I Would replace them first then worry if this doesn't resolve it! Board is a bitch to get to but you will appreciate saving the 300 after the dud credit applied!
