I have a Mitsubishi ws-65611 that won't power on. I haven't looked at it in quite a while but I think there was a green flashing light on the front. My original research indicated this might be bad caps on the DM board. I removed the board, but the caps look ok. I removed one and it tested good. I'm looking for help on what to try next.

Thanks

POWER LED DOES NOT STOP BLINKING AFTER PLUG IN.

CHECK C9B01, C9B02, C9B03, C9B13, C9B14, C9B17 AND C9B18 (1000 UFD, 16V,
105C) ON THE DM POWER PCB LOCATED WITHIN THE DM ASSEMBLY. IF THEY ARE BAD, REPLACE THEM WITH
PART # 181P734030 (680 UFD, 16V, 105C).

I had decided to try that and have already ordered replacement 1000 uf, 16 v caps. Why do you suggest 680 uf caps?

That was a factory fix.

OK. Well, I got the new 1000 uf caps I ordered. I pulled all the old ones and tested them. My digital meter won't measure caps that large so I used the analog meter ohms method. They all tested OK that way, but I don't know the capacitance. I went ahead and replaced them and put everything back together. A minor miracle occurred and the tv works! Thanks for the help.
