Yes, turn the screen knobs to the right until horizontal zig zag lines appear on the screen. Then turn them to the left until they just dissappear. Do that for all three screen controls.
The focus knobs are a little harder. Tune the TV to some channel that has text displayed like the shopping network or headline news. Scroll each knob back and forth left and right afew times until you can find a spot on the TV screen that changes significantly, then observe that location while you continue to scroll it back and forth until you find the sweet spot (gets blurry if you move it any further to the left or to the right). Then do the same for the other two colors.
I would repeat the focus adjustments again, after you have done all 3 of them once. It should be easier to narrow down the sweet spot the second time.
if you need to go back and do the screen adjustments after doing the focus, if there are still any slight zig zag lines showing on the screen. |

Arod,
When you adjust the screens, put the unit in an unused video input mode to simulate a black screen. Turn each color up until you can barely see it and then back it down until it just disappears. this is a very accurate method of adjusting the gray scale and getting the G2's adjusted correctlly also.
To adjust the focus, Enter the convergence mode on the onscreen menu. This will display a cross and adjusting the focus becomes fairly easy as the cross will fuzz and sharpen with each color. Just adjust each color to the sharp position and you are all set.
Hope this helps.
