| Norcent LT2030 LCD TV. IT was initially the main fuse dead. I change it and it can work again control are all Ok but no picture and any diplay on the screen. It is abright screen |

Ming , the 2 Norcent I have worked on were in fact made by LG.
Hoping yours is also made by LG.
If you have a bright display it is sign that the neons are on, thus the ballast is ok.
you don't have pic but do you have OSD ?? |

You probably have a bad LCD Drive circuit board. Try unplugging the LVDS
cable while watching the screen. If no change, your LCD Drive (sometimes
called T-Con) circuit is bad. Many manufacturer's only supply this as part
of the LCD Panel Assembly. I don't know specifics about Norcent, as I have
not worked on their TVs, but I work on a lot of LCD TVs in general, and this
has proven to be a reliable troubleshooting technique for me. |

You may have a defective inverter board try checking 24volt line going to
that panel also your power supply might not be fully operational |
