I am in dire need of the service manual for the Panasonic CT36Hl43G (Panasonic CT-36Hl43G)!

Two days ago, I turned my television on of which I then saw a bright flash of light off to the far right side of the television. This fateful event occurred near instantaneous and none of the relays had time to engage ( I did not hear the tell tail clicking sounds of relays engaging). Any attempts to turn the television on failed, which included resetting all circuit breakers for the home, unplugging the television for a day, trying various plug outlets with and without a surge arrestor and a last desperate attempt of "gently" tapping the television.

It just so happens that the fuses are on the far right side of the television and I see this as no mere coincidence to the bright flash of light, which results in me having a high suspicion that they blew. Even if the fuses blew there is a reason for such and simply replacing them will only result in them blowing again returning me straight back to my current dilemma, therefore doing so is an effort in futility, until I have procured the service manual I cannot diagnose what exactly has occurred to result in the fuses blowing.

All of the current avenues to procure the service manual have been those awful sites that require you to pay for the manual which is inherently illegal, only the manufacture and authorized dealers may sell service manuals, as they are intellectual property containing detailed information pertaining to the design, theory, and operation of the television. Since I will not be using the manuals for the malicious intent of using the information contained in the service manual for profit ie making rip off devices, I see no reason why I may not have the service manual.

I thank you for the time It took you to read this post and hope you will have the service manual to give me, even if you do not I still would greatly appreciate troubleshooting procedures and even if you have nothing useful to add I am still grateful you took the time to read this post.

I dont have the service manual, but I recommend purchasing one from a repair place like wehaveparts.com or somewhere else that you know is not selling stolen merchandise.

tell me what fuses are blown. It will lead to what they blew to protect.
