have a good day to all member,,,i have a14 inch polytron,the problems are,,,when i switch on white display appear, many horinzontal lines from top to bottom,the red led flecker,and have a sound tik tik tik at the power supply area,,i replace already 3 bad components but the problem still there,,pls,any body idea?

the problem of 14 inch,color tv is already fix,,,a total of 4 deffective components are replace,,,,,sniper,,,
