I got 3 VDC on each emitter and base, 160 VDC on 2 other collectors and 180 VDC on 1 colector. It seems to have some green now but the red is just so overpowering. Must bring that voltage down (how) to where the others are! mentioned my fault could be the t-4 chip (jungle Ic) which and what and where is it?

My freind if those video driver transistors and resistors on the crt board are goog then replace, IC1001, T-chip (LA7610)
but first suggest you check those video drivers out of the circuit and use r diode tester to check them out
