HELLO I NEED HELP WITH MY RCA 27V412T,, ITS NOT TURNN ON ,, I CHECKED THE FUSE ITS FINE BUT WONT TURN ON ... PLEASE HELP TY ..

I'd check the H.O.T. first

here's a couple of other tips I found for that chassis on the internet:

RCA 27F520T DEAD R419, 680 OHM 1 WATT RESISTOR
RCA 27F520T Dead Found usoldered lead on T802 line choke

ok ku thanks...but its that the same chassis what would i need to do to fix it myself .. im not to deep in repair but i have little knowledge on hands on ,, please more tips will help on how and whatto do to repair...thank you ...

Well, I would open it up and discharge the CRT.

Then I would find R419 (a resistor) on the circuit board and confirm that it measures 680 ohms with an ohm meter. if it does not, replace it with a 680 ohm resistor.

Then, I would find T802 (a transformer) on the circuit board and make sure all the metal solder points look solid. Or you could just take your soldering iron and reheat them all, just to be sure.

thanks Ku ,, so imma give it a try cuz i didnthave time to but i'ce read ur post and i'kll do it .. when u said discharge CRT how ..u mean the power supply or ... anymore tips would help thanks again ....
