My RCA 32' doesnt have picture, neither sound. When I turn on, it has a chirping hight pitch sound, and thats it!
What could be?

Check the HOT transistor for being shorted, I am assuming your model number is F32650 and has a chassis number of ATC113 using the Gemstar module.

The horizontal output transistor has a schematic location that will be printed on the board of TL02 and will be found close to the center of the board and behind the IHVT transformer (the one with the large red wire coming out of the top of the transformer and going to the top of the picture tube.

Please be careful and make sure you have unplugged the set before you proceed.
