The TV only has a small line going across the middle of the screen

check U4501 pin volts pin6=0.60v,5=25.1v,9=1.24v,8=24.8v,10=0.00,7=0.80v,1,2,3are groud,13=13.2v,if you have a good drive at pin 6 than you have to replace the U4501, check also CR4504,C4502,
