HI I AM TRYING TO FIX A RCA F36650 36" TV WITH A CHASSIS # ATC113CA1 . THE TV WON'T POWER UP AND HAS A HIGH PITCH SOUND COMING FROM THE CIRCUIT BOARD. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS. THANKS

I RESOLDERED A TRANSFORMER AND THE SQUEEL WENT AWAY . NOW I HAVE TICKING NOISE COMING FROM THE FLYBACK
