Hi,

I have an RCA rear projection TV Model P61960 Chassis PTK195Y06T.
The voltage regulator transistor on the heatsink in the low voltage power supply is burned and I want to buy a new one but I can't read the number on it . The only thing I can read on it is ST and something like DOK242 but cannot read the rest. I don't have a schematic and don't know where to find one. Can someone help me with the model number of this transistor ?

Location number of transistor? (should be on board close to heat sink).

? IF Q14101 (Q4101) RCA 237469 Just a guess - and there are probably a few other parts in same area bad.

You are right ! The number on the sink is Q4101. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,

You were right! There are two resistors right in front of the transistor I cannot read the colors. Can you help me with them one is R124 and the other is R125. And one other question is, can you tell me where I can download a schematic for this set?

Most likely will have "similar" if requested by chassis number.

R14124 .27 ohm 2 watt
R14125 100 ohm
