This been in shop for a while , I have repair it , but the flyback was sqealing after some time .

So I decide to change the flyback.

But the new part is doing the same ....

It is a very high pitch sound.

If I push the fly , it stops , or it change the pitch.

If I try to flex the main board , it stops or change frequency too.

Pushing on the anode lead does the same (stops or change frequency of squeal)

I don't know what's the problem , everything is well soldered , and well fixed/attached.

Any ideas ??

Want to tell you that when I received the new fly , there was not any wires attached to the new fly , had to pull the old ones to put on the new one , and .... the anode is not real tight in the housing. Don't know if related , but is was doing the same in the old fly and anode lead was fixed tight in it.

If it's doing it (squealing) reliably, I'd try to find it w/a sniffer. They
sell electronic ones that will do the job, but I've got an old stethoscope
that I pulled the piece off the end so it's just an open hose and it works
great ! I just move it over and around components and it's VERY good at
isolating exactly where the squeal is coming from. That's assuming it is a
coil or something small. If it's the flyback or a transformer, the squeal
usally eminates all around it and it'll be loud all around it. Before I got
the stethoscope I'd put a short piece of hose in one ear and plug the other
one and that worked just as good.
