I need a repair estimate for my TV:
1. Make & Model Number: Samsung LNT5271FX/XAA ver. SS03 LCD TV
2. Current symptoms: Thin red line appearing on the left side of the screen whenever I turn it on. Sometimes it goes away after prolonged viewing. Sometimes it just stays there. Once there was a blue line as well.
3. Any symptoms that led up to the current symptom: Just prolonged viewing. I noticed it one day when I turned on the TV. It's been there ever since.
4. Location: New York, NY
5. Any other details that may be helpful: TV is less than 2 years old. I watch a lot of HD TV on it.
