Working on a Samsung TXJ1966. Picture is perfect from both ANT and External video inputs. The menu functions fine but is difficult to see because the OSD...(channels, menu etc.) suffers from a sustained vertical roll.

Checked the Fast Blanking and R G B components between the MICOM (IC 901) and the Bus NTSC chip (IC201) and they all seem o.k.

Can anyone suggest where I can check next?
