| after watching tv for several hours horizontal lines of snow appear and picture freezes sound continues. no functions on remote work. must turn tv off for several minutes then turn back on to fix. | |

| When plugged in the screen is blue. None of the control buttons - including the power switch - do anything. Set was just 3 years old when the problem developed. Any ideas on where to start? | |
