check U4501 pin volts pin6=0.60v,5=25.1v,9=1.24v,8=24.8v,10=0.00,7=0.80v,1,2,3are groud,13=13.2v,if you have a good drive at pin 6 than you have to replace the U4501, check also CR4504,C4502,

You may have a fault in the CX Board Video out Circuit.
Check IC9001 (TDA6111Q) For +12 Pin 2,if there: the IC itself maybe bad.

Did you try to resolder probably cold solders.

i have a manavox VCR that when recording in LP has sync problems but in SP it records good , any ideas thanks in advance.

check for cold solders around the vert and also around the horizontal, and all caps,

My freind if those video driver transistors and resistors on the crt board are goog then replace, IC1001, T-chip (LA7610)
but first suggest you check those video drivers out of the c ...

You should look for the green driver transistor on the crt board and test. there should be 3 of them red,green and bue drivers and they should measure same volts on same pins, also check the 3 resisto ...

Also Q14401 maybe Shorted also resolder JW14104, may have intermittent connection
also resolder L14401.
