Has anyone experienced no video on a SHARP LC-32D40U. I had this set in
the shop a couple of weeks ago and it had a bad video/audio board. Just
jiggling the component wires would cause the pix to come and go. Now when
usually cold there's no video. It may act up or not. And if turned of and
back on it will have video again. The video jacks are solid when
working.I
believe the problem now is the backlight. I can't seem to find the
inverter pcb on the pictorial schematics. Because I can see a faint pix
and have when I shine a flashlight from behind. Anyone been down this
road. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, Bill

You have a bad inverter board which is integral to the LCD panel. this will be economically unrepairable.

replaced.I have some work to do on it and will let you know.
