2. Current symptoms: standby blinks 13 times
3. Any symptoms that led up to the current symptom: when powering on the tv the picture and sound come on for about 1 second, then it seems as if the power was turned off. standby light blinks 13 times and repeats over and over.
4. Location: portland or
5. Any other details that may be helpful: tried leaving it unplug for several days and then plugged it back in. same results. |
