when the tv turns on a blue screen from top to bottom turns on and it goes of and nothing comes on any more

What color is screen from right to left?

when it turns on its blue after that it takes of and stays like if it aint turned on

Try connecting a proper signal to whichever input you have selected.

i already connected to the cable but what it does now is that it turns on and u could see the picture but in about 10 minutes or less it turns of and dont want to turn on any more
