I AM now troubleshooting this set,no high voltage..power supply seems ok,.i have B+ voltage 115v (measure from the electrolytic caps 100uf 160v)if im not wrong,...the set just not energize..kindly give me some piece of advice,.
the B+ flyback pins has 115v also

Scope the base of the Horizontal Output transistor for drive waveform.
