I have changed the power supply and tv still will not come on and red light still blinks.Any suggestions?

Red light blinks constantly

sounds like a video mute blink. Are the CRTs glowing at all? any audio?

No audio and nothing glowing just blinking light,what are the crt's

CRTs are what outputs the light onto your screen.

No there isnt any light coming out of them

not sure. The self diagnostic in the manual doesnt say if the blink is constant. Are you sure its not just blinking a certain number of times?

So i am wondering mabye the power supply wasn't bad afterall it just blinks in a continous pattern without any pauses, the power supply came directlly from sony about two weeks ago cost $170.00
