| This TV shuts down a second after turn on and the power LED blinks 4 times. I would like a service manual if any one has it. Thank you. |

hi gordon,
first let me ask you when you first power on set look closely and see if the panel ligts for just a moment. if it does then you probably have an open inverter transformer. I have had this model 6 times with the secondary windings opening. just ohm thm out.... |

| Check the secondaries of the Inverter Transformers. Chances are, one of them is open. |

Gordon,
Perhaps one of your backlights is flickering and the inverter board is
shutting it down. |

There is a test to test if the problem is on the CCF tube or the inverter,is
difficult to do I did not try it myself yet,if you are interested I will
make a copy for this list,3 equipments are involved in the test, Scope dual
trace with 2 channels A and B , 50 ohms terminator and a true rms voltmeter. |

Ok
I finally got a chance to return to that customer today and I tested the transformers. T1200 has an open winding. The next question I have is where can I source this transformer or do I have to replace the the board? |
