Does anyone have a service manual to share for a Toshiba
LCD, model 23HLV85?
It uses a power supply 6871TPT236A.

that power supply is an LG subs to 6871TPT282E

What problems are having with the set ?

It is stuck in standby, nothing happens when the power button or remote are
activated.
-the standby led is lit and not blinking
-5v standby is present, label 5vst on pcb
-there is 150v on Q200, so it's not shorted
-none of the supply lines are shorted or low resistance
-without a manual I can't tell if any of the other supplies should be
present or if they're all switched (24v, 15v, 33v labels on pcb)
