TOSHIBA 27" TV
Model 27AF43
Chassis M3N127T

The TV was working fine the last time it was used but during a storm the electricity went out. When the electricity came back on the TV would not come on. After taking the back off and plugging it in the TV makes a low high pitched squeal. This indicates something is shorted. Checking the diodes in the switching power supply found D515 shorted. I don't have the schematic. For starters looking for the part # or a cross reference to this diode. The designation on the PCB indicates that it is a zener.
Thanks for your help
