I have this Toshiba chassis TAC0010, with a white line in the middle with 6 inch field collapse. It has sound, I suspect TA8427K

Are there any tips or pins out volts on this vertical IC?

I've had pretty good luck just resoldering the vertical IC on Toshibas. It's worth a shot anyway, since it's free.

Fixed toshiva by resoldering Diode between pin 6 and 7 of the Vert.IC
