Toshiba CE32E15
I bought this great tv used 6 months ago from some guy who upgraded to hd and it has had no problems up to now.

Now the picture isn't always bad, I think it get bad after its been on for a while. I'm not really sure how to explain it but part of the picture wobbles left and right, like just a couple vertical inches of the pictures moves left and right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well it turns out turning the tv off to 10 seconds fixes the picture for around an hour
