My toshiba #27DF46 picture starts out fine then after warm up the picture collapses to a narrow band. Then if i shut it off for about 10 min. the picture is fine.for the duration. does not do it all the time thanks joe  |

Yes, I know this is a Panasonic and you have a Tosiba (Toshiba)(either way, it sounds like a Cuban cigar).
Otherwise, bad IC or possibly an electrolytic capacitor. |
