I have a Visco VSC-32V3 that will not turn on. On power application, an orange light comes on & that is the end of any response.

I have read that the likely cause is a blown cap on the power supply (JSK3240-006, 72100030), however an inspection does not show damaged caps.

Does anyone have a circuit diagram with test voltages?
Or other suggestions for troubleshooting the problem?

Thanks

Yes - a private label sold by Walmart (?).

Internally the same as Phillips from what I have read.

Shop Jimmy, Discount Merchant, ebay all show up on google search for PS.

Even when you deal with a more well known brand, you'll encounter some difficulty obtaining power supply documentation.

I have a schematic for the main board. I'm working on the exact issue. I think one of the IC's are bad. If your interested in the schematic let me know.

This is for the main board only. There's problem with these tv's when there's a storm. Enjoy

Wait until you see "This file is downloadable free of charge from the site... processing"

Then click on the word "Get Manual"
