My Vizio E420i-AO has no sound, no back light, no video in background and no stand by light. A small white comes on when the power switch is pushed but the light fades to nothing in 5 seconds. I do have 5.2 Volts on pin 1&2 from JP212 connector and 11.2Volts on pin 6&7 on same connector. I have changed the main board with two different boards from electropartsonline and still no change with the problem. Where do I look next?
Thanks for your help

Very hard to get two voltages off of one JUMPER (JP212). I believe You mean CONNECTOR (CN201).
You don't mention what pins 8 & 9 are doing.

Also, let's be sure as to which board(s) you are referring to as this model uses more than one version of Main / Power boards.

Yes I meant CN201. The numbers and letters on the sticker all match except the last two, I have(2E) and I was sent(2D) 3642-1792-0150(2E)
Does this make a difference?
On pins 8 & 9 of CN201 set off no voltage set on 3.2 volts both pins
pins 10 & 11 no V set off set on 3.2 V both pins

And which power board?

Two out of three:
PLEASE NOTE: The "no power on" and "TV has sound but no picture" symptoms are often caused by failed LED Strips and not by a defective power supply.

Thanks for that. Looks exacty what I am trying to chase down. My LED output voltages are the same 66V.

I am going to open it up and check the LEDs

Thanks to JTS1957 for sending me a link to a thread that showed the same problem I was having. My TV problem was no sound no image no back lite and no stand by lite. There was stand by voltage but there was only 66 volts going to the back lite. So I found one LED on a strip out and all LEDs on R1 strip bad.
Replaced the strip and replaced the one LED. The TV is working now except for one annoying thing. While the set is on the right quarter of the screen will just slightly flash about once every 2 second. It may be a symptom of another LED failure but for now it's going back to the man cave.
Thanks again JTS1957
