Anyone have any idea what might have caused the high frequency noise and no picture? Thanks.

Shorted horizontal output transistor?

How would I found out which horizontal output transistor is the cause?

Go back to the point of new problem. That is, you had a picture, replaced some caps, now no picture. Go back to the point of replacing caps and make sure polarity on the new caps is correct, has no solder splashes, etc etc.
