Hi everyone. I don't have the TV with me right now and I wanted to get registered and post, so please forgive me that I don't have the model number.

My TV is a silver consoled LCD approximately 46" screen size. It was a new model about four years ago. It was bought as a best buy floor sample. It was one of the last projection LCD's.

The problem started about a year ago. It has a washed out green spot in the center of the screen. It looks worse in light, and since it is a basement set now (we moved it there a few months ago) it isn't as noticeable.

I have checked all the settings, turned it as "warm" and "red" as possible, but still have the problem. Of course it is worse on some programs than others. Is there an easy fix? Do you need more info?

going to need a model number, I'd suspect
