My television just made a high ringing noise and then a blue screen with vertical lines came up. there is no picture only sound.
Is this something worth fixing or just get another television?
when you go to the service menu it shows 03 H Pos 19 te= 10110000
took the back off and no dusk circuits look good and no weird burnt smells. it is an older tv so it just maybe bad, but I really like the picture and features on the tv. any suggestion would be nice
