My 2000 Zenith B27A11Z will turn on but shuts off after 5-6 seconds, I removed the back and noticed a part called degausser THX3415 was disconnected from the 2 prongs on the circuit board. any ideas how to repair this problem?

Does anything appear on the screen if you insist on rapidly turning it "on" over and over?

Degaussing THERMISTOR THX3415 63-10710A

You can either replace, or IF you are GOOD (quick) at soldering, resolder it to the leads.

Is it "intelligent" snow (and sound) if hooked to antenna/input and tuned appropriately? Idea

Regarding last post. Actually, the TV will stay on if co-Ax not connected to back of set. The TV will now power on and stay on. the minute I hook up the co-axial, it will power off? Any clues?

Thank you
Bentley
